‘A Cup of Joe’ by Michelle Lee, the Programme Director for Diploma in Hotel Management, Taylor’s Culinary Institute (TCI) conducted a virtual class which was dedicated for all the coffee lovers and future baristas of Taylor’s University and TCI’s social media followers.
Michelle Lee along with her passion for coffee has conducted a 40-minute class to share her experience in visiting coffee farms, different varieties of beans along with the harvesting of the coffee beans. She also explained the different type of equipment to brew coffee and the technical knowledge in brewing and identifying a good coffee.
The session ended by sharing with the participant on critical steps to brew a latte and how to design a latte art.
