Breakout Session on "How to Become the Best Food Entrepreneur"


Our two successful Alumni from Diploma in Culinary (DC) and Advanced Diploma in Patisserie & Gastronomic Cuisine (ADC) programme were invited to share their experience amidst the challenges in this thriving Culinary business. They were Mr. Jimmy Cher, Strategic Project Specialist for Grab and Co-Owner of 14 Fish Bowl restaurant and Mr. Nicholas Thang, Director of Four Chefs Sdn. Bhd and Co-Owner of Backyard Burgerfor.


During this break out session, the speakers shared about their professional experience and the importance of education in this professional world. The sharing session was attended by 95 participants.
