RCA President’s Award Recipient 2020

Dr Chong Li Choo, Programme Director of Bachelor of Science (Hons) (Culinology), School of Food Studies and Gastronomy, received the President’s Award 2020 by Research Chef Association of America (RCA) recently during the RCA 2020 Virtual President’s Address.

Dr. Chong received this prestigious award for her impactful contribution to the association and industry, as well as her tireless support for the mission of Culinology® in this region.

The first non-American who received this award in year 2017 was Prof. Dr. Neethiahnanthan Ari Ragavan, Executive Dean of Faculty of Social Sciences and Leisure Management, Taylor's University Malaysia.
