Chef Pascal Bonnafous, an experienced Senior Chef Lecturer from Toulouse Culinary School for 20 years and he also owns a restaurant for more than 10 years . This exclusive French Cuisine Live Session - "Pascal Bonnafous @home" provided the Diploma in Culinary Arts (DC) and Advanced Diploma in Patisserie & Gastronomic Cuisine (ADC) students an opportunity to follow a live session about making a French classic dish “Steam Chicken with Black Rice” prepared by Chef Pascal. During this live stream, Chef Pascal shared the tips on making a perfect dish at home. Students were also benefited from this opportunity and be able to interact with Chef Pascal who imparted invaluable advice for young chefs who wish to pursue their career in France.
