Chef Pascal, an experience chef who has worked with many top Chefs, an owner of a restaurant for 10 years and a lecturer in Toulouse Culinary School for 20 years.
The Diploma in Culinary Arts (DC) and Advanced Diploma in Patisserie & Gastronomic Cuisine (ADC) students had the opportunity to follow live of making a French classic dish “Artichauts Barigoule” by Chef Pascal. A total of 108 participants were Live along with Chef Pascal on 30th May 2020.
Pascal Bonnafous@Home provided a real-life exposure to the students on French dishes cooked in France by a French Chef. Chef Pascal shared some tips and secret recipes to make a perfect dish from home.
