Live Culinary French Cuisine Session with Chef Pascal Bonnafous@Home

Taylor's Culinary Institute were excited to announce our first LIVE online cooking class with Chef Pascal Bonnafous from Toulouse, France. The Diploma in Culinary Arts (DC) and Advanced Diploma in Patisserie & Gastronomic Cuisine (ADC) students had the opportunity to follow live of making a French classic dish “Artichauts Barigoule” by Chef Pascal.

This Live Culinary Event "Pascal Bonnafous@Home" was to provide a real-life exposure to the students on French dishes cooked in France by a French Chef. Chef Pascal shared some tips and secret recipe to make a perfect dish from home.
