Microbiology Lab Set-up Consultation for Food Aid Foundation

It is our great honour to help the Food Aid Foundation set up a basic microbiology laboratory.

Dr Chong Li Choo, Programme Director of Bachelor of Science (hons) (Culinology), Taylor’s University, offered her consultancy services to FAF to set-up a basic microbiology laboratory and trained FAF staff in microbial testing. This will enable FAF to handle donated food in a safe and hygienic manner, and to ensure the food is safe for the consumption of those in need.
