Taylor’s Culinary Institute collaborated with “Lepicurien restaurant”, a Michelin starred restaurant in Albi, France, which is also one of our internship partners. The two executive chefs and restaurant owners were at Taylor’s Lakeside Campus for 3 days to share their knowledge and experience with our staff and students. On the last day, they collaborated with our chefs and students to prepare a 7-course, exquisite, fine dining dinner at RM 200 per pax, for 75 guests ranging from wine and food suppliers, hotel managers, F&B directors, external guests, lecturers and students.
