On 13th May 2020, the Faculty of Social Sciences and Leisure Management, School of Hospitality, Tourism and Events academics were invited to an e-Learning Webinar titled "Creative Business Opportunity in Hospitality Industry After Pandemic" organized by Binus University, Indonesia.
The session was opened by Dr. Joaquim Dias Soeiro, Head of School of Hospitality, Tourism and Events, Taylor's University. The Moderator Dr. Arif Zulkarnain, Binus University, emphasized the key points that evolved from the speakers, such as Innovative Workforce, Sustainable Tourism, Developing Crisis Strategies, Service Design and Revenue Management.
