Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kandappan Balasubramanian, Associate Professor and Dr. Puvaneswaran Kunasekaran, Senior Lecturer from School of Hospitality, Tourism and Events, Faculty of Social Sciences and Leisure Management of Taylor’s University were invited by School of Commerce and Hospitality Management, Sri Ramakrishna College, India to deliver a Webinar to their students.
Dr. Puvaneswaran has delivered a contemporary topic on “Sustainable Tourism Opportunities and Threats” to highlight the knowledge on the history of sustainable theories, best strategies to build a business during crisis management and create sustainable tourism globally.
Dr. Kandappan spoke the current pandemic related topic on “COVID-19: Embrace Technology to Design the New Ecosystem” by explaining how technology has transformed the hospitality and tourism industry in the digital era and also the technology usefulness during the COVID-19 global crisis scenario.
