A craft beer workshop was conducted by Gage Roads Brew Co. in collaboration with Cave and Cellar for Diploma in Hotel Management students. From a small brewery that started back in the early 2000s with two brothers and couple of friends, Gage Roads Brew Co. has now grown to become one of the largest leading and independent renowned craft beer brewers in Australia.
The workshop was conducted by Ross Brown, the production manager, who explained about craft beer brewing processes, technical quality control measures, styles and sensory analysis. These workshops managed to expand the students’ knowledge in this evolving Food & Beverage subject.
