The Dancing Mocktail!

On 7th March 2020, 32 high-school students were enlightened on the science of pH and experienced hands-on skills in creating multi-coloured and layered mocktails during the Taylor’s Future Movement Student Workshops. Students enjoyed themselves learning about specification technology and obtained a clearer picture of the beverage development processes in the food industry.
