A welcoming party for the August 2020 intake students was creatively organised through Zoom Platform to welcome 19 new students to the Culinology family. This virtual welcoming party also provided an opportunity for new students to meet and interact with Culinology® lecturers, current students, and alumni. Over 50 participants joined this virtual party which highlighted the close knit Culinology ® family.
The students were highly motivated by the 2020 RCA competition champion team sharing session, which included the process of competition preparation. The new batch of students were also given a chance to experience the R&D process through food ideation games organised by the Culinology ® Club committee. This activity managed to excite the students in food research & development and they look forward to finding out more about Culinology studies in their 3-year programme.
