School of Hospitality, Tourism & Events (SHTE) successfully organized the Event Management Webinar Series entitled “Attendees’ Experience: Physical vs. Virtual Entertainment Events”.
Being the last series, SHTE is honoured to have the presence of Professor Stuart Moss from Leeds Beckett University, United Kingdom and Mr. Rizal Kamal from ALIFE to share their insights on engaging audiences’ experience for virtual entertainment events.
The byte size take away for the audiences from the key experts are ‘Don’t invite EVERYONE but invite THE RIGHT ones’, ‘the right use of two human senses (hearing and sight) for better audiences’ engagement’ and ‘new SOP for Live events'. Indeed, it was a very interesting and informative session.
