A group of students under EVT60204 Events Operations, known as Fortitude hosted a webinar series called Event Webinar Series 1.0: Impact of COVID-19 on the Event Sector. The webinar was held from 4:00 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. via Facebook Live. There were approximately 1.8k views gathered on that day.
During the webinar, attendees shared their thoughts and enjoyed the Q&A session regarding the issue. Most attendees found the session informative and relatable while some did reminisce on attending physical events. The webinar ended with hope and optimism that physical events will be back one way or another and that everyone should not lose hope.
