F&B Lecturers Workshop with ECO Le Hoteliere De Lausanne 1* Michellin Restaurant Maître’D

Mr. Benjamin Thouvenin, the Maitre’D of the 1* Michellin Restaurant of EHL, Berceau des sens was very generous with this learning workshop exchange, in sharing the way EHL operates their in-school restaurant that has recently obtained the Michellin Star this year.
