Luxury Brand Identity, Exclusiveness and How Can We be Clientele " Luxury"?


Taylor’s School of Hospitality, Tourism & Events (SHTE) in alignment with their most sought-after Bachelor of International Hospitality Management Extension module Luxury Brand Management, organized a webinar on Luxury. The Luxurious Speaker was our very own Taylor’s Alumnus Mr. Teo Wei Sheng who is fondly known as ‘Sheng’ and has a vast experience from Four Seasons, Grand Hyatt, and Shangri La.


He has been hailed as the Director for Luxury Business Solutions Sdn. Bhd. Sheng ‘wowed’ the students with his insightful and practical approach and kept the audience thinking about the Appearance, Behaviour and Communication (ABC) of Being Luxurious. The students had an exciting interaction session with him as he enthusiastically answered all their queries. Sheng summed up the session with “Luxury is for everyone and is different for everyone”. Indeed, it was a Fantabulous Session!!
