Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kandappan Balasubramanian, Associate Professor from School of Hospitality, Tourism and Events, Faculty of Social Sciences and Leisure Management, Taylor’s University was invited as an online Guest Speaker by Dr. Toney K. Thomas, Associate Professor, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, India to share his expertise to the Post Graduate students on “New Technology and Travel Revolution in the Digital Age”. The topic also covered the areas such as travels expectations, low cargo business journey, a technology used in the travel and tourism, future tourism, impact of COVID-19 on the tourism industry.
The session was conducted through ZOOM and Nearpod apps to provide an access to the presentation slides and open-ended questions for enhancing the interaction and learning experience.
