Chef Gael Moutet, an experience Michelin Starred Chef who has worked with the best Pastry Chefs in the world, was invited as a speaker in a “Professional Chef Series” by Taylor's Culinary Institute (TCI).
This second series was organised for Diploma in Culinary Arts (DC) and Advanced Diploma (ADC) students on Patisserie Arts. This was also open for French and Indian students from Toulouse and Lavonne Academy .
Chef Gael shared his experience working with Michelin Starred Chef and also being part of Ritz Carlton and St Regis family for more than 15 years.
