Sensational Sweet Sphere Patisserie Workshop


A group of 30 Indonesian students from Palembang Indonesia visited Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus on 18 December 2019 and experience a patisserie workshop conducted by Chef Norhayati Hussin and Chef Athira Razak. The students were amazed by the workshop as it is a simple, yet interesting concept of molecular gastronomy scientific principles and techniques used in the modern pastry.
