A successful Alumnus of Taylor’s Culinary Institute (TCI), Chef Kevin Wong from Meta Restaurant, Singapore was the winner of S.Pellegrino Young Chef Asia Region 2019-2020 and will be representing Asia in the Grand Finale next year in Milan. Chef Kevin’s journey began with his studies in Diploma in Culinary Arts, followed by Advanced Diploma in Patisserie & Gastronomic Cuisine and then Degree in Culinary Management.
His working experience mainly started during his internship/staigiere in several Michelin starred restaurants such as Le Parc par MOF Chef Frank Putelat, followed by COI in San Francisco and Cure in Singapore. He is currently the Chef De cuisine of Meta Restaurant, Singapore. We wish him all the best in Milan for the Grand Finale in 2021.
One of the key feature of the Advanced Diploma in Patisserie & Gastronomic Cuisine (ADC) programme is to provide internship in Michelin starred restaurants in Europe. This significant exposure creates future opportunities for our graduates.
