Taylor’s Culinary Institute (TCI) hosted Chef Domenico Piras to conduct an artisan pasta class virtually entitled "Homemade Pasta Culinary with Italian Chef Domenico Piras" for the TCI students. Chef Domenico is an Italian Chef with many years of experience manning the Italian kitchen and he is currently the Chef De Cuisine in Favola at Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur.
As an Italian, few of his forte are artisan pasta and TCI was proud to have him in our kitchen to conduct this virtual masterclass with our students. In this masterclass, he taught the students on how to make traditional pasta from scratch along with different kind of pasta varieties. He also displayed few popular pasta dishes in Italy along with the suitability of each pasta and cooking methods.
