Taylor’s Culinary Institute recently conducted the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 1 programme. The participants were introduced to the theory of wine. The session was held face-to-face in the State of the Art Wine Lab at Taylor's University Lakeside Campus. This session was conducted by two certified trainers, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Joaquim Dias Soeiro and Mr. Reuben Arthur Suresh, who are both recognized educators of WSET global with qualification in Wines, Spirit and Sake for both professional and enthusiast.
