Chef Cedric Bourassin, an experienced Michelin Starred Chef from educational restaurant named “Le Berceau des Sens” at Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), Switzerland was invited by Taylor's Culinary Institute (TCI) as part of its Professional Chef Series webinar. EHL being the World No. 1 institute receives a Michelin Star had organized several culinary events along with Taylor's Culinary Institute in the past years.
For this culinary series session, Chef Cedric who is currently an Executive Chef of a restaurant, shared his career journey working with Chef Anne-Sophie and Chef Michel Bras. The session was organized for Diploma in Culinary Arts and Advanced Diploma in Patisserie and Gastronomic Cuisine students so to give them more insights on working in a Michelin Star Restaurant.
This Professional Chef Series ended with a question-and-answer session from students which lasted more than an hour where the students interacted with the chef to gain more professional advice from him.
