TheStar - Weekend Lifestyle’s Food by Taylor’s Culinary Institute Alumni Exceeding Entrepreneurism


Alumni Edric Lee Mun Foong, Jacob Chay, Nurul Nadhirah Abdul Azis, Erlina Mohd Khairuddin and Kartthigeen Tamiselvan from Taylor’s Culinary Institute made the first page of TheStar - Weekend Lifestyle’s newspaper.


They were interviewed on job opportunities for culinary graduates during the current pandemic and how did they stay afloat during these difficult times with the culinary skills and entrepreneurism knowledge learnt during their time in Taylor’s University.


Edric Lee, Founder of Aged; Nurul Nadhirah, Founder of Gooti Pastries and Erlina, Founder of Ellebakesmy started their own business after impacted by the pandemic and took the decision of becoming an entrepreneur from home.
