Event Management Webinar Series entitled ‘Today’s Challenge in Events Production and Logistics’ held on 25th June 2020 was organized by School of Hospitality, Tourism and Events (SHTE). Being the second series, SHTE was honoured to have the presence of Ms. Peni Zulandari from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya, Indonesia and Mr. Neal Brendan from the Cool Merchant Sdn. Bhd. to share their insights on events, productions, and logistics.
The webinar began with opening remarks by Dr. Joaquim, Head, School of Hospitality, Tourism and Events. The session discussed the current challenges faced by events, productions & logistics. Both speakers agreed that regardless of all the challenges the industry is facing right now, it has opened new opportunities for the industry to explore.
