Meta Restaurant Singapore (1 Michelin Star)
Kevin moves to Singapore to fulfill his dream of running a Michelin star restaurant after completing his Advanced Diploma in Patisserie and Gastronomic cuisine and learning from MOF and 2 Michelin star restaurant owner Frank Putelat during is the internship. Now Kevin will represent Malaysia to compete for the best young Chef in the world in Italy this upcoming 2020.

Andrew came to Taylor’s to learn from the best and by the best. He went through our Diploma and Advanced Diploma and get the chance to do his internship in France beside Michelin star Chef Jerome Ryon. After his internship, he stays in France o work beside him and work there since. Chef Jerome and Andrew gain one more Michelin star last year, such a proud achievement.
