International STEM Teaching and Educational Manipulatives Festival 2019

The STEM TEM Festival aims to make learning fun through the creation of educational manipulatives (artefacts such as toys and prototypes) to teach STEM. During this festival, more than 90 participants from local and international educational institutions presented their artefacts and explaining how the artefacts can be used to teach STEM-related concepts and ideas. The event was graced by Yg Berbahagia Pn Nor’aidah Noordin, Head of Research from the National STEM Centre, Ministry of Education.

Race 4 Culture

On the 22nd June 2019, Race 4 Culture was organized by batch 11 students of Diploma in Event Management for the module Event Project “Race 4 Culture” is an inspired recreational event by The Amazing Race. It is a cultural education based game station event where participants are to challenge them in limited time and get as many points as possible to win the game. There were a total of 60 participants and 4 sponsors for the event namely Zebra Cross, Future D, Inside Scoop and MyT. Winners walk away with cash prizes and vouchers sponsored by sponsors of the event.
