Aspect Niseko Internship & Career Talk

BH14 had an opportunity to apply for the Aspect Niseko Luxury Sky Resort for Internship and career openings. The talk was presented by Ms. Loy Guang Wei who gave an overview of the Aspect Apartment Suites which is aesthetically located in Niseko, Japan. The applications were opened on the 17th April 2019 and the shortlisted candidates were interviewed by Ms. Loy and Ms. Amy Lee on the 13th May 2019. A total of 6 candidates out of the 9 shortlisted candidates were selected for Aspect Niseko and the other three for their neighbouring properties in Niseko, Japan. She also explained on the Internship package and the various fringe benefits of the internship programme.

Room Division Hotel Visit Sofitel Kuala Lumpur, Damansara

BH19 (Group 3 & 6) students visited Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara, a 5 Star French luxury hotel on 16 May 2019. Upon arrival, students were ushered to the hotel ballroom by Mr. Eddie Lim, the Training Manager where he introduced Accor Hotel brands and also boasted about the 312 exquisite guest rooms & suites in Sofitel. Students were rewarded with a gift upon answering his questions correctly.

Ms. Carmen Andrew, Director of Talent & Culture, joined us for the hotel tour. Students visited the Club Millésime (Club Lounge) and different luxury room categories including all the Food & Beverage outlets. Throughout the tour, the complimentary meld of French elegance and tradition Malaysian elements permeated the hotel’s surroundings and in the interior of its luxury guestrooms which wow students.
