On 27th November 2019, Wednesday – Cave & Cellar invited their supplier Mak’s Beer from Hong Kong to give a Craft Beer Masterclass to the students and lecturers of School of Hospitality, Tourism and Events (SHTE). He explained in detail the processes and ingredients used in his beer brewery and has also explained the 4 types of beer that he produces with a tasting session included.


Students from Diploma in Hotel Management and Bachelor of International Hospitality Management were welcomed by the latest 5-star hotel located in Jalan Sultan Ismail, EQ Hotel Kuala Lumpur, formally known as Equatorial Hotel. Students were well received by our very own Taylor’s alumni Syahir Malek. Syahir shared his study journey and presented with EQ’s key features. Followed by a tour of the hotel, cocktail demonstration at the 51st-floor BLUE. Lastly, students indulged in a Greek buffet prepared by Chef George Diakomichalis from South Australia at the Nipah restaurant.
