Taylor's University, School of Hospitality, Tourism and Events organized a Virtual Sharing Session and invited one of the well-known Professor Detlev Remy from Singapore Institute of Technology, Singapore to deliver an expert sharing session on "COVID-19 Crisis Management: Transformation in the Hotel Revenue Management for Sustainable” to our Postgraduate and final year Bachelor of International Hospitality Management students.
The sharing session covered the revenue management impact, issues and challenges faced by the industry during and after the crisis as well as the possible solutions and strategies to keep the hospitality business sustainable during post COVID-19 by illustrating some examples from the real cases.
