Dr. Benjamin Loh, Senior Lecturer from School of Media and Communication (SOMAC), Taylor's University completed a consultancy project with the European Union (EU) to study Cybertroopers in Malaysia. The report was published in a closed-door event with the EU delegation to Malaysia where the media and media literacy advocates were invited to discuss the findings.
Since then, the report has been covered by numerous local media such as Astro Awani and Malaysiakini. Dr. Benjamin was also invited for media appearances to talk about the report on BFM for Evening Edition and Astro Awani for Awani Tonight and Consider This.
