The School of Hospitality, Tourism and Events (SHTE), Taylor’s University, Malaysia invited Prof. Sandip Mukherjee, Director, Sister Nivedita University, Kolkata, India for a sharing session on an interesting topic “Insights on Hospitality Services of Future” for Bachelor of International Hospitality Management class affiliated by UNWTO Academy on 4th February 2021. With his over 4 decades of industry experience working with Taj Group of Hotels across India and South-East Asian countries, he is one of the few persons to apprehend the hospitality consumer market and the services trends across Asia. It was a story-telling sharing session towards the students where students can freely discuss their queries related to the industry, their own career in hospitality, future required skill sets and tapping into creative trends of upcoming hospitality businesses. This session further helped the students' learning uniquely based on experience based virtual exposures.
