Gastronomy Colloquium “The Future of Peruvian Cuisine”


Dr. Raúl Matta, senior lecturer from Taylor’s University, School of Food Studies and Gastronomy was the invited speaker at the Gastronomy Colloquium “The Future of Peruvian Cuisine” organized by the INTECI Professional School and held in Lima, Peru on the 10th of January 2020.


The speakers addressed the current state of Peru’s gastronomic field and the challenges and opportunities related to the rapidly evolving environmental and social concerns of consumers.
