Hospitality Luxury Brand Value & Clientele an Asian Perspective by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Catherine Cheung

Taylor's School of Hospitality, Tourism and Events (SHTE), one of its exciting module Luxury Brand Management of the Bachelor of International Hospitality Management (BIHM) programme was privileged to have Dr. Catherine Cheung, Associate Dean and Associate Professor from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, as part of the Module Expert Sharing series to deliver a talk on Hospitality Luxury Brand Value & Luxury Clientele an Asian Perspective. Dr. Catherine shared on research-based insights on the Luxury Market from various regions and emphasized on the Brand Equity and Brand Value.

She also shared the views of how luxury brand portrays its Functional, Craftsmanship and Emotional perspectives to reach their customers. The multicultural profile of students in the classroom comprised of the semester exchange students from Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Germany, China, Japan and Malaysia had thoroughly enjoyed the Q&A session and had a chat with Dr. Catherine to answer all their queries.
