Taylor's Culinary Institute (TCI) Diploma in Culinary Arts (DC), Advanced Diploma in Patisserie & Gastronomic Cuisine (ADC) and young culinary enthusiast from high school in the region had the opportunity to engage and exchange ideas with Chef Jacob Tray who is the Executive Chef for Hotel & Restaurant Zum Rittmeister in Werder (Havel), Germany.
Chef Jacob is also part of the National Germany team for culinary that took part in the IKA 2019. He provided insight on the current situation of the culinary scene and being part of a National team. The inspiring session was well attended by a total of 124 participants.
