On 3rd September 2020, three Master of Communication students presented their Capstone research in School of Media and Communication (SOMAC) In Conversation Postgraduates Colloquium. The Colloquium is conducted every semester as an opportunity for final semester students to share their Capstone research, which signifies the pinnacle of their Masters Education.
The colloquium was conducted virtually using Zoom where participants could join and ask questions. Around 17 participants comprising lecturers, PhD students and Master students were actively engaged in the colloquium. Wide range of topics were presented such as social media effect in advertising, impact of binge watching and impact of online shopping. The Q&A session yielded a lot of feedback from lecturers and questions from the active audience.
