The School of Media and Communication kicked off the March 2020 semester with a webinar on Issues and Crisis Management in a sharing session with Adjunct Professor Mohd Said Bani C M Din on Tuesday, 21st April 2020. The 1.5 hours webinar was attended by 97 participants.
The objective of this webinar was to give the students of Public Relations programmes an insight on the process required during a crisis when dealing with different stakeholders. Adjunct Professor Mohd Said Bani covered both aspects of issues management and crisis management, the setting-up of a Crisis Management Team and the creation of the crisis communication plan.
Adjunct Professor Mohd Said Bani has been the Adjunct Professor for Public Relations programmes in the School of Media and Communication since 2019.
