Taylor’s University alumni, Chef Gunawan Wu, shared his passion and success story on how he built his career in Australia. During the Masterclass with Taylor’s culinary students, he showcased his signature dish, The Garden of Eden – a wholly edible dessert (even the flowers!). Chef Gunawan demonstrated several techniques, including making a dark chocolate ganache, creating a dark chocolate soil garden and crafting delicate decorations to enhance the dessert’s presentation.
