Chef Jerome Voltat, an experience Michelin Starred Chef who has worked with the Best Chefs in the world, was invited as a speaker in a “Professional Chef Series” for Diploma, Advanced Diploma and LEADS students. Chef Jerome shared the chronicles of his journey across the globe.
More than 180 students attended the session. It was a highly motivating and encouraging session for our young culinary students and those interested in this field.
