School of Media and Communication’s public relations and media theories lecturer Dr. Kho Suet Nie was invited as a guest speaker by Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia to deliver a session for more than 30 postgraduate students on the theme of “Mediatisation”. She expounded on her observations on how political messages that can be influenced are disseminated through the public sphere via various media channels. International students from various countries were engaged in the session to understand how they can use the theory within the context of their countries.
