Recently, they had the pleasure of meeting with the team from The Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore on campus. One of the highlights of the day was the presence of Mr. James Wen Jie, an alumnus of the BIHM programme who currently serves as the All-Day Dining Supervisor at The Ritz-Carlton Millenia.
Mr. Wen Jie briefed the interviewees on The Ritz-Carlton's Credo and provided valuable insights and guidance to help them navigate through the entire interview process. The first round of interviews was conducted by Mr. Kent Ang, who is also the alumnus of the BIHM programme from Taylor's University and currently holding position as In Room Dining Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Millenia. This opportunity allowed the students to showcase their skills and qualities to the esteemed Ritz-Carlton team.
