Our two world-class alumni from Diploma in Culinary (DC) and Advanced Diploma in Patisserie & Gastronomic Cuisine (ADC) programme were invited to share their journey to our Taylor’s Culinary Institute (TCI) students on their amazing pathway in achieving Michelin star experience. They were Mr. Kevin Wong from Meta Restaurant and Mr. Andrew Mah from Restaurant La Barbaccane, who are now Sous-Chefs in a Michelin star restaurant in France and Singapore. This event was attended by 135 participants around the world.
