On 2nd November 2019, a workshop entitled Culinology® Future on-Demand was held at the R&D kitchen. This workshop was attended by 13 students from Hin Hua High School. The purpose of this workshop was to create awareness among students on the Culinology programme and create their interest to join us in the near future. This workshop included a programme briefing given by Dr. Kuan followed by a hands-on activity on how to produce flavor-water-sphere. After that, students were divided into 3 groups and each group were required to produce beverage using purple cabbage or blue flower water and orange flavored-spheres. All the participants were excited about preparing the best presenting beverage.




On 6th November 2019, an interactive Culinology Future on Demand Workshop was conducted for a group of 40 students and 2 teachers from Temasek Polytechnic Singapore. The purpose of this workshop was to create awareness among students on the Culinology® programme and create their interest to join our programme in the near future. This workshop included a programme briefing, students sharing session, hands-on activity on how to produce low-fat cookies followed by product analysis and sensory analysis. All the students were enjoying to learn the science behind food ingredients & ideation in cookies innovation.

Ms. Sherrie Razak Dali (Lawyer, Partner, Messrs Seira & Sharizad). She has worked on censorship cases and will provide legal angle to the discussion


Ms. Rosalie Zerrudo (Lecturer, Dancer & Film-maker, Fine Arts Dept, University of San Agustin, The Philippines)
